Fusion Academy is delighted to invite you to take part in a development workshop for professional HR managers. The layout of the training is designed so that a practical learning can take place immediately and participants can try out new skills and behavior. The training is hugely interactive, with ~ 20% theory and ~ 80% activities, involving group work, demonstrations, role dialogues, coaching, supervision and working in pairs.

She has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, If P&C Insurance and helped found an exclusive day SPA. Teacher of Master program students of Management Psychology and Supervision at Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration. Member of ANSE (Association of National Supervisors of Europe) and LSA (Latvian Sauperivsor’s Association). Certified Supervisor. Mentor trainer.

Since 2009 Natalija has also been an executive supervisor and coach for owners and top managers internationally.
